Clea explores the facade of moments in her new single ‘Exit Game’

Ethereal, multi-disciplinary artist Clea has revealed the tracklisting for her upcoming second album and given fans a sneak peek into her newest single, ‘Exit Game’, which marks the fifth offering in the album’s countdown, which Clea has been releasing in celebration of each new moon phase. The track follows the intoxicating and dreamy mix of songs ‘Listen Up’, ‘Easy To Forgive’, ‘I Wanna Be Alive’ and ‘Crash Land’.

With her dark pop instrumentals and striking vocals, Clea’s ‘Exit Game’ is a hauntingly beautiful track, that reflects on the moment when one hits rock bottom and can finally see through the facade of the situation or people around them. The song emphasizes the idea of taking the opportunity to approach life in a manner more suited to one’s true nature.

“Exit Game is the moment you hit rock bottom and suddenly you can see clearly through the facade of the situation and/ or the people surrounding you,” Clea says about the story of the song. “You then have the choice of staying where you are or using the opportunity to approach life in a manner more suited to your true nature.”

Clea’s captivating creative vision shines through in every aspect of her work, including the video for ‘Exit Game’. Directed by Lily Cotter and shot by Jack Birtles, the video showcases Clea’s unique styling and deep engagement with the creative direction. “I love evolving and constantly improving my creative output, and I feel I have reached a certain level with this medium and am now ready to explore other ways of creating visuals for my music,” says Clea.

Clea’s new album looks to be a mesmerising journey through her musical vision, with ‘Exit Game’ setting the tone for the album’s exploration of themes of self-reflection, growth, and personal evolution. Clea’s music will surely be appreciated through her dark pop instrumentals and haunting vocals, which are further elevated by the album’s impeccable production, showcased across every single release.
