Australian electronic producer Tina Says is back – and this time, she’s bringing the sunshine – with her new single “Chronos”, featuring vocals from fellow Perth artist Shewita. It would be an understatement to say that this is a fresh, feel-good slice of dance music that steps away from her darker club roots, as it is something lighter, brighter, and totally addictive. It’s the latest track from her upcoming EP SYNERGY, which is set for release in June.

For longtime listeners familiar with Tina’s heavier, more brooding productions, Chronos might come as a bit of a surprise. While it still carries the groove and tight production she’s known for, this track feels more playful and sunny, built around a warm, hypnotic rhythm that instantly evokes summer vibes. The beat is crisp, the mood is lifted, and the whole track feels tailor-made for golden-hour drives, festival fields, and spontaneous dance parties.
Speaking on the collaboration, Tina says tgat Chronos was born from the vision of creating an EP that pushed her to explore new ways of expressing her sound. “It needed the perfect topline to match its vibe, and working with Shewita was exactly what I needed – she nailed the feel I wanted, making it a total summer anthem,” Tina adds. “It’s actually a fun light track, especially compared to my older releases.”
Tina’s upcoming EP SYNERGY is set to be her most dynamic project yet. It’s clear she’s still deeply rooted in the electronic world, but she’s having fun pushing her own boundaries – bringing in new collaborators, playing with tone and texture, and expanding her sonic palette. This isn’t a reinvention, but it’s definitely a new chapter, one where she leans into a more expansive, vibrant sound. Chronos proves Tina is not afraid to evolve, with a track that is confident, summery, and refreshingly different – while still holding onto the rhythmic precision and creative flair that made her one to watch in the first place.
