Singer, songwriter, and musician Candi Carpenter‘s album “Demonology” is a transformative album serving as an exorcism of inner demons and a profound journey of self-discovery. Featuring twelve tracks, Candi’s body of work showcases their artistic evolution – delving into themes of self-acceptance, identity – and introspection.
In Candi’s own words, “Demonology” is not merely an album; it’s an outlet for exorcising personal demons. “These songs gave my inner demons a void to scream into,” Candi says. “Writing this project was cathartic for that part of me who will always be a midwestern pastor’s kid, trapped forever in a church basement fellowship hall.”
