Anna – a name synonymous with versatility in the electronic scene – has lyrically anchored in a space where emotion and beats collide, the track draws inspiration from nature, exploring its healing power: “All the tension building up in me / Let it float away ‘till it’s out of reach / Wash it off of me I need fantasy / I can breathe in the deep blue sea.” This song a showcase of Anna’s ability to infuse profound narratives into dance tracks.

Teaming up with her long-time collaborator Jack Glass from Bag Raiders, Anna describes the track as a sonic reflection on the losses and gains of the tumultuous past few years. “[It’s] lyrically centered around what I’ve lost and gained through the struggle of the last few turbulent years,” Anna says about her new song. “It’s sonically determined, intense and hopeful and it absolutely rips on a dancefloor. I am infinitely proud of the world Jack and I created for this and I really hope it finds a home in some other restless hearts.”

‘Deep Blue Sea’ follows on from the release of Anna’s previous single, ‘Real Love,’ marking the inception of a new era guided by confidence and pulsating energy.

This track is another offering of Anna’s artistic expertise to a wide audience, and features a strong narrative; ‘Deep Blue Sea’ is a lyrical and audible force, that allows Anna to continue to assert her position as a powerhouse of music, delivering a track that helps you find solace in the immersive depths of her discography.
