Paris Texas’ debut album “MID AIR” is a wave of excitement and a culmination of their journey

Paris Texas’ debut album “MID AIR” is a wave of excitement and a culmination of Paris Texas’ season 2 journey, where the album and its accompanying short film “Head High” immerse a world crafted by the duo’s visionary storytelling. Packed with tracks that exude anger, angst, and prideful boasts, “MID AIR” showcases Louie and Felix’s signature sly humour and unique style.

Louie’s prowess as a composer and instrumentalist takes center stage, with the production consisting of a captivating mix of guitars, bass, and raw energy – the powerful combination incites mayhem and leaves a sonic landscape – forging a path that invites notable guests to contribute.

Teezo Touchdown adds another layer of depth and intrigue, while the skilled production assists from Matt Cohn and Romil Hemnani of BROCKHAMPTON further elevate the album’s sonic experience.

Featuring tracks like “DnD“, “BULLET MAN“, “PANIC!!!“, and “Everybody’s Safe Until…” and my person favourite “Earth-2”, Paris Texas’ debut album showcases the full range of the duo’s collective abilities.

The duo’s debut release is a fully-realised and tantalising statement that showcases their unbridled talents and fearlessly pushes boundaries. As Paris Texas asserts themselves in the music scene, “MID AIR” is an exhilarating ride across 16 songs.
