CHAII tells the story of staying laser-focused on your dreams in her newest single “Drippin’ In Gold”

I love CHAII so much and think she is one of the greatest artists currently around. Lyrically witty and productively strong, I have been obsessed with her work ever since coming across Oh Nah Yeah back in 2021. The Persian-New Zealand artists’ newest single “Drippin’ In Gold” showcases more of her remarkable talent and cultural pride. Following the release of her EP “Pineapple Pizza“, CHAII delivers a powerful statement of success and hustle wit this new single.

In this song, CHAII’s vocals are bold and empowering, urging listeners to stay laser-focused on their dreams despite any obstacles that come their way. The track’s infectious energy is matched by its production, where Frank Keys brings out the best instrumentals, blending seamlessly with CHAII’s distinctive voice, and echo-y aesthetics.

“’Drippin’ in Gold’ is all about staying laser-focused on your dreams no matter what obstacles come your way,” CHAII says about the story of her song. “It’s a constant reminder to never settle for anything less and to hustle relentlessly towards your goals. Embrace your culture, shine like gold!”

The music video is a deeply personal and transformative visual journey shot in Los Angeles – the video pays homage to CHAII’s motherland, Iran, and cherishes her childhood memories – with nostalgic elements of Iranian culture and the inclusion of a classic Persian car, the video beautifully captures the essence of CHAII’s personal journey, and serves as a reminder of the significance of embracing one’s roots while pursuing greatness.

It would be an understatement to say that CHAII only delivers a powerful message of relentless hustle and cultural pride in this single, as her artistry shines brightly, both lyrically and visually, fearlessly embracing her identity and heritage, too.
