Killing Time with Sarah Wolfe

Today’s delicious song of the day comes from Sydney-based alternative-pop artist, Sarah Wolfe. Following on from her 2020 releases, Sarah’s newest song is all about grappling with social anxiety, whilst mixing together her delightful, euphoric nuances.

I know I’m not alone in these fears,” Sarah says, “so I want this track to remind the listener that their feelings are valid and they aren’t alone in the world.”

With this song, Sarah wanted to encapsulate the fear that people are not living up to their full potential because of anxiety holding them back – and that is achieved through the lyrical wording Sarah has chose to use. Visually, the video was shot whilst Sarah was isolated in regional New South Wales during the state’s latest lockdown and took advantage of the natural backdrop the area created.
