“This song, in a way, feels like the first song I ever wrote,” Emmanuelle reveals about the song. “Yes, it is self-deprecation at its finest and it’s the diary of a pessimist.” This song is a painful confession, but it also Emmanuelle in the right direction, sonically. “It’s definitely my favourite song of the ones I’ve written thus far,” she adds.
