Teeth & Tongue release new video for ‘Turn, Turn, Turn’; all about how many different combinations of foods you can stuff in your mouth

Teeth & Tongue are a group that I am enjoying a whole lot at the moment; you can read my review of their album ‘Give Up On Your Health’ here, spoiler: it’s great! One of the songs on the album is called ‘Turn, Turn, Turn’, and it’s great!

Teeth & Tongue’s music video for ‘Turn, Turn, Turn’ features a whole lot of people eating all types of foods with weird combinations. I think my favourite combination would have to be the one where the guy dips the sausage into the chocolate, or maybe it was sauce? I would never try it though!

According to Teeth & Tongue’s front-woman, Jess Cornelius, the song is a play on the connotation of reaching a certain goal in your life and staying in form:

“There’s this idea of reaching a level – whether it be success in your career, or your health, or your image – and then you’re supposed to stay on form; You have all these expectations and no one else can fully see what you’re trying to do. The closer you get, the harder it is. I was being careless with my own sanity.”
