Kat Von D’s brand-new single, ‘Vampire Love‘, not only follows on the release from her debut album, but also doubles as a spellbinding goth-disco track that serves as the first glimpse into her new album, due out for release next year.
Co-written by the Shep Solomon, ‘Vampire Love’ is a genre-defying exploration of the human longing for eternal love. The fusion of Kat Von D’s distinctive style and production resulting in a vibe-y, goth-disco jam that showcases a standout in in her forthcoming album next year.
“’Vampire Love’ is a vibey, goth-disco jam about our desire for eternal love,” Kat says about the song. “I absolutely loved getting to write it with the legendary Shep Solomon. I saw the idea for the music video in my head as we were writing the song, and it was so cool to see it come to life.”
The Halloween-themed music video – directed by horror maestro Ryan Valdez – elevates the ‘Vampire Love’ experience, featuring model Julien Crane and Spanish artist Vinila Von Bismark; the visuals bring Kat’s hauntingly beautiful soundscape to life through the synergy between music and video, creating an immersive journey into a darkly romantic realm.
