‘No‘ is the third taste of what’s to come off Alison Wonderland‘s second album Awake, due out for release on April 6.
To coincide with the announcement of the release date, the Sydney-born, Los Angeles-based artist has released a fresh taste of the album with the synth-less-heavy-track-compared-to-Church single ‘No‘.
Having already given fans a taste of Awake with the releases of Happy Place and Church, Alison Wonderland has released another beat-heavy, electronic pop offering that explores subject matter that is close to home for a lot of people.
Speaking on the release of her forthcoming second album, Alison explains how she “wanted to go bigger and really push” herself this time.
“Vocally, I can hear a massive difference. I’m a lot more comfortable with my voice now and I’m not afraid to get on the mic and just go for it.”
To celebrate the release of the album, Alison is having a couple of launch parties, which you can see below.
