Gabrielle Aplin is a pop artist from the UK and today she has released a new taste of what’s to come off her forthcoming ‘Avalon’ EP with the new single ‘Waking Up Slow’.

Waking Up Slow is essentially an upbeat pop-filled offering that showcases Gabrielle’s diverse sounding voice, dreamy guitars and synths, while also keeping those feel-good uplifting, bouncy pop vibes throughout; while Gabrielle also notes on what the meant of the single is: “‘Waking Up Slow’ is a super positive song!”

“It’s about that euphoric “aha!” moment after feeling perhaps misplaced, or stagnant. It’s about that moment where you decide to just let go, letting what will be, be and choosing to be present.”
