The Eat This Music website and radio program are run by one person – me [Steve]. I produce, write and create all the content on this website and radio program in my spare time, unless otherwise stated; i.e. the “What I’ve Been Listening To” post series.
I receive a lot of emails a week – not just from Australia, but abroad also – so please be patient; I personally listen to every song I receive and read every email in due time. If I do not reply to your email it does not mean you have been unsuccessful.
Please only send me a follow-up email once if you do not hear back from me within a respectable timeframe. Do not constantly send me follow-ups, otherwise I will send your song and emails to the back of the queue. I loath follow-up emails.
Music shared on the Eat This Music website are in the form of a post, feature, review or collaboration and are sourced from record labels, artists/bands, PR companies, media releases and in some cases sourced by my own desk research.
I do not produce sponsored content on the website or advertising. Do not send me an e-mail asking for a “favour”. If I like a song, I will share it on the website and give it a spin on the program.
Eat This Music is a weekly radio program airing every Wednesday night at 10 PM (AEST) on 89.3FM in Australia and around the country (and abroad) via https://893fm.com.au/.
Podcast versions of the program (interviews only; however, sometimes I will upload an entire show if there is a discrepancy with airing it on radio) can be found on the Episodes page and the Radio Show tab in the menu above, where you can find Eat This Music through other providers (Soundcloud, etc).
Music played on the radio program can be found on the Playlists page here.
The Eat This Music radio program accepts music files in MP3 or WAV. However, you are able to send through a Soundcloud or YouTube link too.
