Peggy Gou is a Korean-born Berlin-based pop/electronic artist out and today Peggy has released a new taste of what’s to come off her brand new EP ‘Once‘, due out for release March 2.

Peggy’s new single is titled ‘It Makes You Forget (Itgehane)‘ and it is a nearly seven minute long track full of soothing worldly beats.

Speaking on the creation of Once, Peggy explains how she “wanted to represent different styles and moods on this EP, from ‘open air’ warm-up vibes to ‘proper party’.”

“I tried to draw on all my influences of the last few years, from electro, African music, early 90s house music and also techno, especially Maurice Fulton and DMX Krew.”

Once is a three-track EP due out for release in March and ‘It Makes You Forget (Itgehane)‘ is such a great first taste. I haven’t been this engulfed by a beat heavy track since Tina SaysWith Me.
