It has been 18 years since the release of Killing Heidi’s debut singles ‘Weir’ and ‘Mascara’, respectively. And to celebrate the occasion, Ella Hooper and Jesse Hoper are heading out on an eight date tour throughout regional Australia.

Speaking on how excited they are about touring again, Ella noted about it being “twenty years since we started this band, I was thirteen, (Jesse) was fifteen.”

“We are loving getting back into playing these songs again after so long. I think we’re playing theses songs better than we ever did. People may know the songs, and they’ll get to hear the songs they love, but they’ve never seen Killing Heidi like this.”

The duo will kick off the tour on Saturday 2 September in Darwin and conclude on Saturday 18 November in Toowoomba, with stops off in Ipswich, Gold Coast, Caloundra, Wollongong, Newcastle, Chelsea Heighs, Mulgrave, Albury and Redland Bay at One Tropic Day, Racehorse Hotel, Night Quarter, Caloundra Music Festival, Waves, The Cambridge, Chelsea Heights Hotel, Village Freen Hotel, Beer Deluxe, Redland and Cully Festival in their respective cities.
