Our Man In Berlin are a four-piece from Perth, Western Australia and they have dropped a new track called, ‘A Lightbulb Mind’, which is the freshest track since their previously release two EPs.
As mentioned above, Perth’s Our Man In Berlin previously released two EPs, ‘Is It Right?‘ in 2014 and ‘Spirit Down‘ in 2015, the band took 2016 to regroup and get themselves together prior to releasing new material in 2017. Things in their personal lives took a change as Our Man In Berlin’s singer Haydn became a father, whilst Trevor, Dan, and Cain took time out to travel and explore the world for themselves.
‘A Lightbulb Mind’ is their first release for 2017 and it is a track that has a message with a discusses about methamphetamine addiction and the relation to psychosis of somebody whom is a close family member of frontman Haydn Mansell. ‘A Lightbulb Mind’ features a more honest and organic offering than what has come before with their previous releases – with a stronger message and story to tell.
A Lightbulb Mind is out now via all digital retailers through Firestarter Distribution.
