It wasn’t too long ago that Sticky Fingers released their new album, ‘Westway (The Glitter & the Slums)’; back in September to be exact. However, according to “internal issues,” the band has decided to call it a day and go on an indefinite hiatus.
According to the post on Sticky Fingers’ Facebook page, the band were dealing with issues for some time now and didn’t deem it fair to keep going:
“For some time we’ve been dealing with some internal issues in the band. They’ve heightened to the point where it’s not fair to anyone involved for us not to do something. We have looked for help to try to get through this and will continue to do so. As a result we’re going to try to finish the shows we have booked over New Years to the best of our ability – then the band will be going on an indefinite hiatus.”
Sticky Fingers were meant to be heading to North America throughout February and March, but that tour is highly unlikely at this point.
