Winters End’s ‘Mayfair’ tackles domestic violence against women.

A couple of months ago I posted a teaser for Winters End’s ‘Mayfair’, which you can watch here.

Winters End have now released the complete video for ‘Mayfair’, which takes on a deep message of domestic violence against women.

Marissa from Winters End got in contact with about the music video, which you can watch below:

The video is domestic violence-themed and aims to increase awareness and encourage people to report domestic violence to police.

I’m not going to go into an analysis of the video, because I thought you need to watch it for yourself. It’s powerful work.

Domestic violence is a horrible thing to witness and having to live with for anyone. I grew up in a domestic household, so I do understand how traumatising it can be as a child having to deal with violence against women. Violence against anyone is not okay.

If you know someone who is in danger due to domestic violence (whether it is a family member, co-worker, or friend), stand up and speak out for them, report it to the Police. You could be saving someone’s life. For more information visit:
